Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 10:13AM Megaupload filed a motion for a TRO and Preliminary Injunction against UMG today to ask the Federal Court to stop UMG's allegedly abusive DMCA takedown notices of the Megaupload Video. Here is the TRO motion and the declaration in support of the motion.
