Isohunt today filed a Notice of Appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Isohunt is also filing a motion for stay of an injunction that in essence, to avoid violating the Order, requires Isohunt to filter search results using title words supplied by the motion picture industry. Isohunt believes the injunction is overbroad and is optimistic that the appellate court will provide relief.
